Conditions of Sale – Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Poland and Germany) and the following countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany and Poland):

The shipping costs for orders up to €100 are €4.75.
Free shipping on orders over €100.
From an order value of 100.00 we deliver free of charge.

When shipping bulky goods (forwarding shipping), we charge as follows:

Bulky goods are marked as such in the article description.

Deliveries abroad:

The shipping costs to (Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden) is €15.99 for orders up to €100. From an order value of 100€ the shipping costs are 9.99€.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

More payment details

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
